There are several passages linking Mesocco to the north with the parallel Calanca valley to the west and the San Giacomo valley to the east in Italy. San Bernardino is the starting point of the "Sentiero Alpino Calanca" (42 km, 3 or 4 one-day stages each) to Santa Maria, at the crossroads of the Calanca and Mesocco valleys. In the San Bernardino Adventure Park, you can test your courage on a challenging 550m tree course or by jumping 150m over Lake Isola from the Tyrolean ropeway. The mountain-bike descent from the pass to Mesocco with a difference in altitude of 2000 metres does not require you to push on the pedals and guarantees a great experience.
