The backyard comes equipped with a 10 foot deep swimming pool, a custom built corn hole entertainment area, solar powered LED umbrella, sun bathing lounge chairs, a brand new 3-burner Weber BBQ grill with plenty of outdoor seating with 2 sets of matching patio furniture. Inside the home the kitchen is fully remodeled and equipped with brand new top of the line stainless steel appliances. There is a 65' inch QLED television in the family room for guest to enjoy LIVE streaming television through YouTubeTV. This rental property has been tastefully designed with gorgeous bright and vibrant colors with a hint of gold and brass giving it a mid-century modern feel.
