Situated up from the water this stunning beachfront cottage has striking views of Reebs Bay. With 3 Bedrooms two of which boast Lake Views and 2 Baths it comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. A very spacious home with all the necessities. The large open concept living space has panoramic views of the lake that can been seen as you enter the front door. A renovated home that offers that beachy feel with it's own private beach.
This spectacular home has striking views of the lake with many windows and an beautiful perched deck to sit and watch the waves. Capture the sunsets while enjoying your favorite beverage of near the camp fire with your family. In the evenings enjoy the open concept space preparing meals together and dining with the view. It is a full dining area and a wonderfully equipped kitchen. All of your modern appliances are here including microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, toaster and coffee maker and outdoor propane grill.
With three bedrooms all boasting lake views and two baths, there is plenty of space for a large family. Featuring a finished family room in the lowest level with two pull out single beds. There is also a sitting room on the main floor that can be used as an office space and has a pull out sofa bed for extra sleeping.
We provide all linens for the bedrooms and towels, cookware, dinnerware and large flat screen TV. You must bring your own linens for the pullout sofa and pull out single beds. There are also 4 beach chairs for your use.
With stairs down the the private beach this is a perfect vacation spot if you are looking to get away from it all. Walk the shoreline to Reebs Bay public beach or launch your jet skis there. The Sugarloaf Harbour Marina is a quick 10 minute drive if you want to launch a boat.
This home has an outdoor fire pit that can be used however we request you contain the fire within the existing pit.
This is a great location for boating, kayaking and canoeing! There is loads of driveway space to store your equipment and boat launches are nearby. Enjoy your morning coffee with the soothing sight and sound of the waves. The shoreline of the beach is a mix of stone and sand, it can change based on the season. The water in a gradual entry of mainly sand.

This home is best enjoyed by traveling families and we do not make considerations for large group of young adults. Please note that there are two sets of stairs and baby gates are not provided.

- We respectfully ask that you treat our home with respect and consider it as your home away from home and remain considerate of the neighbours always.
- Our cottage is in a residential area and local bylaws require quiet between the hours of 11pm to 8am.
- The Renter whose name the reservation is made is responsible for the conduct of all those using or occupying the vacation property and/or its grounds throughout the duration of their stay.
- When you are not in the house and upon final departure, guests must close and lock all windows and doors. In addition, upon final departure, the Renter must ensure that all food and beverages are removed from the rental property including cabinets, refrigerators and freezers. Failure to remove these items may result in additional cleaning fees
- Renters are liable for all damages and/or loss to the rental property caused by them or as a result of their negligence or caused by or as a result of negligence by anyone permitted on the property during their stay.
- Smoking is not permitted inside
- The BBQ is available for your use seasonally (May-October) and runs on propane. Please do not move the BBQ to another location on the property and please always double check to make sure it is turned off after every use.
- Please note that absolutely no other items other than bathroom tissue are to be flushed down the toilet. ANYTHING other than bathroom tissue should be placed in the garbage. Any misuse could result in plumbing issues and service calls or repairs will be charged back to the client.
