The spaces of Villa Gemma are spread over two levels, offering large and bright areas. From the patio, you access a living area dedicated to relaxation, with sofas and poufs arranged around a fireplace. High ceilings and the alternation of white and stone walls create an elegant and welcoming atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen with island and double-door refrigerator opens onto a dining area with sliding glass doors that offer an enchanting view of the garden and pool. Two bedrooms with private bathrooms are located on the ground floor, while on the first floor there are two more bedrooms, one double and one with a French bed, each with a private bathroom and access to a panoramic terrace with sea views. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, controlled mechanical ventilation in all rooms, mosquito system and mosquito nets. Wi-Fi connection, with coverage up to 100MB, is available throughout the property, both inside and outside, including the pool area. Smart TVs are present in every room and on the veranda. Electricity consumption is included up to 250 kW per week (approximately 36 kW per day). Any excess consumption will be charged at a cost of 1.10 euros per kW.
