Fully fitted beautiful apartment (1100 sqft) with everything you need to make a fantastic holiday just bring a smile. Access to fantastic swimming pool, children pool ,squash & tennis courts all this, just a stroll away from the beach.
My place is close to public transport, parks. You’ll love my place because of the people, the ambiance, the neighborhood, the light, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

The master bedroom has an en-suite. There is a TV and DVD player with an assortment of DVDs. The kitchen is fully fitted out with all the necessary crockery and cutlery, kitchen cooking items. Both bathrooms offer a glass enclosed shower with upgraded fixtures. Free unlimited WiFi is available in the apartment & by both pools and reading area.
There is a convenience store in the complex that stocks the basics.

The condo is known for its peacefulness, well-maintain and huge swimming pool. It is famous for “Malaysia Second Home (MM2H)”. The buildings surround the swimming pool and sundeck. Lush, tropical landscaping abounds. Other facilities including jacuzzi, children pool with slide, playground, gym, tennis courts, table tennis, squash, sauna, barbecue area, 24 hours security, garden & deck chairs, shaded private parking lot. Comfortable reading and meeting areas next to the small pool.
The beautiful pool is a great place to spend the day. You’ll be right across the street from the beach, a short 5-8 minutes stroll puts you in the warm, blue-green waters and white sand beaches of the Batu Feringghi.
Interaction with guests
As host staying within the same complex, MY husband, Leslie and myself will be always around to help. We can reach by cell phone, text, what s ap, we_chat, facebuk and e mail. Please do not hesitate to contact us for information and assistance during your stay. We would be glad to consider full-filling your requirement even though it is not within our list as long as we think it is a reasonable request. It's part of my job to ensure you have a pleasant stay.
Please let me know your check in times soon after you book, for planning ease. I'm generally flexible with check-in and check-out times but if there is a back-to-back booking, then do note that the standard 12pm check out time and 4pm check in will apply.
Other things to note
This is a self-cater home. We are more than happy to pre-stock the kitchen with your grocery list, just ask! There is a small convenience shop in the complex selling groceries and food.
The condominium caters to both adults and children and the apartment is a home away from home. For large groups, family reunions, weddings, etc. we have other unit available in other part of Penang state that will sleep up to a total of 8-9.

Résumé: Spent a great month in Miami Green, the apartment suited our needs for a quiet relaxed break from Northern Hemisphere winter! the apartment was well laid out, and accessible. Bit worn at the edges, may need a spruce up, but this did not impair our holiday. A minor fault in one of the bathrooms was quickly sorted out by Sharon. The pool and grounds are great, parking is efficient and secure, the gate men ensure this, one issue is the need for more sun umbrellas, though was told by attendant that more were on order. As far as public transport is concerned, there are frequent buses passing, the stop is about half a mile down the road. My observation was that the heavy traffic certainly added on travel times, the stops are very frequent, and we were glad that we had a car booked for the duration of our stay. Penang is now a very busy place, travel to World Heritage Georgetown can be slow, and the through roads can become chocked, but the effort is definitely worth it. We also spent 3 nights away in Cameron Highlands, a 4 hr drive away. Some parts of the Highlands are still worth visiting, though the intensive produce cultivation under plastic is a monstrous eyesore. So, in summation, the apartment is a great base for an extended stay, such as ours, it gives access to the whole island, and parts of the mainland, we certainly enjoyed our holiday.
