175 m2 lovely holiday house situated on 804 m2 ground in Øster Jølby, close to the church "Ansgarkirke" and the Octagonal community hall (Den Ottekantede Forsamlingshus). This cozy holiday home has 3 rooms located at the 1st floor: (1 double bedroom) + (1 double bedroom) + (1 double bedroom) and a guest toilet. It is located near a big playground in a peaceful community. The holiday home has a very cozy interior.

Nykøbing is the largest city of Nykøbing Mors, visit Dueholm Kloster (Dueholm Monastery), a local historical museum with artifacts and changing exhibits. The Danish Støberimuseum (Danish Foundry Musuem) exhibits the old Morsø wood furnaces and stoves. The pedestrian area or the shopping street connects the city to the harbour, where there are lots of activities throughout the summer. Every evening at 9:00 p.m. during summertime, people gather at the Marina to hear a trumpeter plays a Danish music “The Sun Goes Down (or sunset)”.
The captivating Morsø Golf course lies not far from the city centrum with 18-hole golf course.
South of Nykøbing you will find the scenic Legind Hills, where there are marked hiking trails and mountain bike path. There is also a mountain bike path/trail at Sindbjerg plantation, which is located not far from the holiday house.

Drive to "Hanklit", do not cheat yourself for a walk at the top of the famous Mo-clay, "Hanklit" with fantastic view of Thisted Bredning and over the hilly landscape.
