You’re close to where Cumbria, Lancashire and Yorkshire meet, as well as 15 miles from Kendal, the gateway to the Lake District, and the largest lake, Windermere, just beyond that with lakeside walks, boat trips and other water-based activities available. For the keen golfer, there are 3 golf clubs within a 10-mile radius.
