A pleasant and well-planned holiday home by the sea and close to the exciting summer town of Varberg. The site is private and surrounded by greenery. A perfect accommodation for the large family or two families together. Only a few hundred meters and you are down by the sea and a longer walk of about 10-15 minutes takes you to a local bathing spot. From the entrance you enter the spacious living room with dining table, sofa group and modern TV as well as a fireplace. To the left is a large bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. There is also a wall-mounted TV here. On the right you have a well-equipped kitchen with a small dining table. Here there are two smaller bedrooms with a bunk bed in each room and a bathroom with a shower. In this part there is also a small hall with seating and a lovely view of the open meadow and the sea. Next door is a room with a washing machine and an extra fridge. In the second part there is another bedroom with a bunk bed. Here is the exit to a lovely large glazed conservatory with two dining tables. With entrance from the conservatory, there is a lovely annex with two single beds, wall-mounted TV and private bathroom with shower. On the grounds there are several lovely patios, both under cover and nestled under cooling greenery. There is both comfortable outdoor furniture and a barbecue here. The public swimming area nearby has a stone jetty, playground and sauna tub. In the area there is also a tennis court that can be booked on site. Varberg is a summer town with a throng of people, restaurants, cafés and dance halls, everything that belongs to a summer town. The massive Varberg Fortress guards the entrance to the harbor and can be seen from afar. Go on a tour down into the bastions and casemates, follow along from the 13th century to our own time. Just outside Varberg is Getterön, one of Sweden's most famous birding areas. There are also exhibitions, a shop and a café here. Another nice excursion destination is the Åkulla beech forests and for those of you who are technically interested, it is not far to the world heritage site Grimeton. Also visit the large shopping area GEKÅS in Ullared. For those interested in golf, there are several fine golf courses nearby, the closest is Harabäckens Gk.
