The Space
Our Modern and Spacious Sorrento Apartment is set on the second floor of a famous and historic building with important artistic value from the 17th Century, on the famous street of Corso Italia. The flooring, doors and windows have all been restored from the original ones that date back to the 17th Century. The property also includes:

Bathrooms:
Both bathrooms are en-suites and can be found in each of the bedrooms and feature blue and white hand painted tiles in the true Belle Époque style, they are also complete with Shower, Complimentary Toiletries, Hairdryer and Fresh Towels.
Kitchen:
The kitchen has the unique feature of being able to be concealed behind two large doors that you can choose to keep open or closed. The kitchen includes everything you need to make a traditional Italian dinner. It is complete with electric hob, mini fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and all essential items such as dishes, pots, pans and cutlery. Beside the kitchen you will also find a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board which you have full use of during your stay.
Living and Dining Room:
Considered the main room of the house, the large open plan living room complete with dining area with table and chairs from Italian Furniture Designer, Louis Ghost Kartell, is a great place to relax after a long day exploring Sorrento. In this room you will find a dining table and chairs, Sofa Bed from Italian Furniture Designer Flou that can accommodate 2 Guests, 55″ Flat Screen Smart TV and Flos Design Lamp, as well as another balcony where you can admire the amazing view of Corso Italia. You will also find displayed around the rooms a collection of colorful printed photographs taken in and around the area of Sorrento representing the feeling of an art gallery or exhibition that displays the important areas of Sorrento.
Guest Access
Our stylish apartment is completely private and secure and you will have complete access as no areas will be shared with other guests. As the apartment is located within the Old Town and in a historic building unfortunately there is no lift, however after a short flight of stairs you will reach the second floor where you will find the entrance.
Damage and Incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
Parking
We offer to our guests a new Luxury and stress free service of Car Valet with pick up and delivery of the car at the property. The car will be parked in an outdoor/indoor private parking with 24h surveillance.Anytime you need the car during your stay you just need to call the parking staff 30 minutes in advance you need the car for and it will be delivered to your place. Cost is 25€/night for a Car and 35€/night for Vans.
