• Jet Skis are the owner's personal property, please be respectable by not messing with them. The Dock has a boat lift, for whatever reason, if you need to operate please contact us beforehand for instructions. Guest who operates the boat lift and causes damage will be charged to replace and repair any time deemed necessary, along with a fine of $250. This is to be part of the service call fee.
• To ensure the comfort and quality of your stay, our property is designed to accommodate up to four guests. For each additional guest beyond the sixth, there will be an extra guest fee of $20 per night. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with providing additional amenities and maintaining a high standard of service for all guests.
