This fully furnished apartment offers a full bedroom with a king-size bed and a full sofa bed in the living room, table for 4 people, washer and dryer inside the apartment. This oceanfront apartment makes for a perfect luxurious getaway. Ideal for groups of friends & family looking for a high-end Florida location.
In the apartment European furniture, fully equipped kitchen, High-Speed WIFI, and in-suite dishwasher, washers and dryers.
Living Area:
The main living space is professionally designed to be tasteful as well as comfortable for your rest. The open plan kitchen has everything you will need for your stay.
The dining area leads into the living area which has a comfortable Sofa bed (when opened it has a size similar to queen size bed) along with a Smart TV.
Master Bedroom (Ocean view):
Master suite with king size bed, complete bathroom, walk in closet. The closet provides plenty of space to store all your clothes. This bedroom has flat screen TV.

Ocean view pool located on the 9th floor, includes towels, chaise lounges and cabanas (included in resort fee that you pay directly to the front desk at the time of check in) open from Sun-up to Sun-down.
Fully-equipped Fitness Center with direct ocean view open 24 hors (included in resort fee).
24-hour personal concierge and room service.
Resort has full service bar with drinks and restaurant on 9th floor, also Sushi restaurant in front of beach (paid separate). Grocery stores, Walmart, 7 eleven and many restaurants within walking distance.
Full-service Spa with steam and sauna rooms (paid separate).
The beach service will provide 2 beach chairs and one umbrella (included in resort fee) conveniently located 5 minutes away from the resort (included in resort fee and located NOT IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING).

1. AGE REQUIREMENT FOR RESERVATION: Minimum age requirement is 25 years old to book the rental property
►Booking for another person is not allowed
►Please note the first guest to check-in should be the person who made the reservation
2. No parties or visitors
3. Pets are allowed with only prior approval by the owner ($200 pet fee)
4. No smoking inside the home! (that includes medical marijuana)
5. The maximum number of guests is limited by condo - 4 guests
6. There are valet parking $35/day only if guests have car
7. Resort fee $40 day per unit + $250 refundable damage deposit paid direct to hotel (please have an ID and credit card readily available for efficiency)
8. Check-in after 4:00 PM.
9. Check-out at 11:00 AM or before
10. Cleaning available during stay for $89

We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours between 10 pm - 8 am (city ordinance). Day: 65 decibels Night: 55 decibels
During this period, no music should be played outside, and voices/sounds should be kept low to ensure neighbors are not disturbed.
Unreasonably loud noise is strictly prohibited by city regulations that can result in eviction from the property.
Exceeding occupancy limit or having parties in the unit MIN $500 and guests will be escorted out of the building.
Pulling a fire alarm station MIN $500.
Damage to doors or hallways MIN $500.
Smoking in the room is MIN $250.
We are not responsible for objects left in the apartment after Checkout.
Late check-out must be confirmed with our reservation department at least before 1 day check-out.
