Villa Argos is a luxury villa with swimming pool situated near the town of Ribera, "the city of oranges", 40 km north of Agrigento. A well-kept, lush, Mediterranean style garden encompasses this exclusive property. Set in a splendid panoramic location, it offers charming views over the surrounding landscape and the sea. These views are to be enjoyed especially from its large, fully-equipped terraces and overflow, saltwater pool. The property, which has undergone recent renovations, features a welcoming interior furnished with taste and comfort in mind. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, heating, wi-fi, Sonos home audio system, Sat-TV, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher.
You will have the exclusive use of the Villa with 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for up to 4 people.
Villa Argos consists of two levels (approx. 140 sqm). On the ground floor is a large, bright living room, a fully-equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, gas stove, microwave, espresso machine, toaster, dishwasher) and two luxurious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (one of which is accessed from outside). On the first floor, also accessible from outside, there is a third bedroom with a panoramic veranda and a bathroom with shower.
The villa provides an excellent base for exploring the amazing surrounding area. The nearby beaches of Seccagrande and Eraclea Minoa, the nature reserves of Foce del Fiume Platani and Torre Salsa, the spectacular Realmonte\'s Scala dei Turchi, the enchanting Valley of the Temples, Sciacca, Selinunte, Mazara del Vallo, Trapani and Marsala are a just short drive away.
For smaller groups, it is possible to rent this property without the Annex for only 4 guests. Please inquire for pricing. Rentals are weekly starting any day of the week. Outside of high season, it is possible to stay for only 5 nights.
