When you stay here, you will be in the forest, yet only minutes away from all of the Hocking Hills key locations. It truly provides a perfect place to unwind. On each of the front porches there are two rocking chairs that let you sip your morning coffee while listening to animals wake up around you. This dual A-Frame retreat is discreetly nestled in the depths of 12 private acres, ensuring your complete immersion in nature's embrace while also offering some modern amenities for sleeping and cooking.

Step inside, and you'll find a haven of coziness awaiting you. Each cabin features a small air conditioner & heater to keep you comfortable, ensuring that your connection with nature remains refreshing and invigorating. The snug beds provide a restful haven, allowing you to recharge for your next day of adventure in Hocking Hills.

COZY UP
Inside you will find a slightly different layouts, but surprisingly accommodating living areas that each boast a queen & twin bed, mini fridge, and small electric cooktop with basic utensils. Nature is integrated throughout with some small plants and a forest just outside the front door.

Stay on the queen bed downstairs, or climb up to your private loft with an oversize twin bed, plenty of pillows, and an enchanting A-Frame ceiling decked out in twinkle lights to keep it fun and safe.

GET OUTSIDE
Step outside to your own spacious sundeck to listen to the sounds of nature right from your unit.. Enjoy the seclusion and privacy of the forest and abundant greenery.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
These cabins are situated in a secluded, wooded area with some small hills, branches, and other potential to see bugs.

Privately situated on 12-acres, you will still be in the heart of Hocking Hills. These A-Frames are only 6 miles from Old Man's Cave and 8 miles from the Hocking Hills Lodge where you can get amazing breakfast or dinner. Easily access all that Hocking Hills has to offer, from epic hikes for all skill levels to stunning waterfalls.

**Note: The shower & water lines are not insulated and therefore are turned off each winter (November 1- March 15). You will need to bring your own heated camping shower if you want to shower during those dates. I do provide a hose that will not freeze that is connected to drinkable water, and some water jugs for brushing your teeth & drinking during your visit. The water is never heated and will always be outside temperature, or just a bit warmer from the heated hose.
Please read all house rules below carefully. Failure to follow our rules that result in damage to any of our property or items could result in an additional cleaning fee or a charge to replace or repair damaged items, as well as an early departure from your stay without a refund.

- You must be 25 years old, or older, to book.
- You may not book this house on behalf of anyone else.
- No smoking (anything) inside the home. Evidence of smoking will result in an additional minimum $250 cleaning fee post-checkout.
- Maximum of 3 adult guests. Bringing more than 3 guests will result in an early end to your stay with no refund.
- Quiet hours are 10 pm-7 am. Not respecting quiet hours could result in an early end to your stay with no refund.
- No parties or events of any sort. This is a strict rule from Airbnb. Evidence of parties or events will result in an early end to your stay with no refund, and an additional minimum $250 cleaning fee.
- Do not move furniture in any of the rooms in the house.
- Do not put anything other than toilet paper in the toilets.
- No pets are allowed on this property. If we find out there are pets in the house, this will result in an early end to your stay with no refund. Evidence of pets in the house after your stay will result in an additional minimum $250 cleaning fee after check out.
- We understand that accidents happen. Kids get into stuff, people trip, items get dropped, etc. If something happens, please let us know right away. It is much easier to come to a solution knowing ahead of time than to discover issues during cleaning.
