The living area, a perfect place for gathering, offers an L-shaped sofa, stylish accent chairs, and a wall-mounted TV. The living area flows into the dining room with seating for six. Additional dining space for six can be found on the screened porch. The breakfast bar also offers seating for three. Enjoy preparing your vacation meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, featuring crisp white cabinetry, a gas range, and a bar area with a wine cooler. Just off the kitchen, you’ll find an additional living area with a comfortable sectional sofa and wall-mounted TV.
You will find three of the home’s bedrooms on the main floor. A lovely coastal retreat, the master bedroom features a king-sized bed, TV, and private bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower and double-sink vanity. Two additional bedrooms, each with queen-sized beds, TVs, and private bathrooms, complete the first floor. Ascend the staircase to find the final bedroom with two full beds and a twin over twin bunk bed. An excellent area for kids to hang out, this spacious bedroom also has a sofa, side chairs, TV, and an Xbox One S (guests must bring their own games). The bathroom is just down the hall and offers a jetted tub, dual sinks, bidet, and walk-in shower.
The home boasts two outdoor areas: a screened porch and sun deck. The screened porch, accessible from the dining area and deck, offers a table and dining space for six. A generous back deck runs the length of the home and features incredible lagoon views, four chaise lounges, and a gas grill. A Big Green Egg is also available for use for experienced grillers!
