Villa Hill is located only 200 meters away from the beautiful sandy beaches of Duće-Omiš, within walking distance of restaurants (150m Rogač), bars, a mini market (200m), a local bus station, 2 km far from Omiš, and Cetina river. Villa Hill is positioned above the coastal road in Duće and offers 4 parking places on the private property (1 garage space, and 3 outdoors). Villa Hill spreads over 220 sqm of living area fully air-conditioned with free WiFi, settled on a private fenced 725sqm property.
