A short drive from Interstate 17 and 30 minutes from the airport, the home features over 3000 square feet of indoor/outdoor living space, with 4 bedrooms, three full baths, spacious parking, lush landscape with fruit trees fresh for picking, an entirely private home for you and your family to enjoy! With a grassy half-acre, fully gated, 8-foot-tall block fenced backyard, a private swimming pool, 6 person hot-tub, outdoor covered porch with relaxed seating, a outdoor dining area, two BBQ grills one gas, one pellets and the utmost comfort.

You will love hanging out in the backyard by the pool with family and friends making memories! The home comfortably sleeps 8 adults. Smart TVS's provided in living room and each bedroom, all offer Prime, Netflix, and Paramount with all the other channels. Bluetooth Stereo provided in living room so you can play your own tunes if desired.

The Bedrooms:

Master Bedroom-You will find extreme comfort in the spacious master bedroom that has an adjustable King pillow top mattress with remote control to adjust head or foot height, perfect for watching the Smart TV's many shows, sitting up and reading, or just relaxing. The master bedroom suite walks out to the pool porch- Lania area. This room also features a full walk-in closet, bathroom vanity with double sinks, Jacuzzi tub, shower and private toilet area. There is a oversized recliner for sitting and watching TV. Ironing board, pool towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hair dryer, linens, towels, alarm clock and toiletries provided.

Bedroom 2- Complete comfort in this room provides a brand new remote controlled adjustable King pillow top bed, Smart TV, and sitting chair, located right next to bathroom #2, which offers a double sink vanity, closet, full shower and bathtub. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hair dryer, linens, towels, alarm clock and toiletries provided. Bathroom #2 walks out to the pool and Lania area for easy bathroom changing access.

Bedroom #3-Offers a queen pillow top mattress, Smart TV with remote, alarm clock, closet and is next to bathroom #2.

Bedroom #4-Offers a queen pillow top mattress, Smart TV with remote, and is next to bathroom #3, which offers which offers a single sink vanity, full shower and bathtub. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hair dryer, linens, towels and toiletries provided.

Kitchen- supplied with everything you need! Made for those who enjoy cooking at home. You will find a large variety of spices and oils, Keurig coffee maker with a variety of pods offered, a regular coffee maker, teas, hot cocoa, condiments, variety of pots, pans, both formal and casual dishware, utensils for both stovetop and BBQ cooking, The kitchen offers a breakfast table seating area for four people and breakfast bar that seats two people. The Lania located poolside, right off the kitchen provides a gorgeous talavera table, perfect for dining poolside. Two BBQ grills are provided, one cooking with propane and the other cooking with pellets, your preference.

Home offers a large office and reading room, for those who need a space that is quite. Washer and dryer with laundry soap provided. All needed linens, towels, bedding and toiletries provided. Air conditioning for comfort. Easy access, no contact entry to home with smart locks, keyless entry. Entire home security is monitored 24/7 for your safety by Vivant. Plenty of free parking for even the largest RV. The yard is beautifully landscaped and completely private with 8 foot walls and large gates to the back yard. Grass area in front and back yard is a wonderful addition to the Arizona desert landscape.

On the rare occasion the weather is to hot or to sunny, you can stay indoors, read one of the many books, magazines or break out the cards and games. TV's in each room for movie time, blue-tooth stereo for music lovers.

The Lania or porch- Located poolside! The amazing, expansive, covered Lania patio offers comfortable seating, a relaxing environment with couch and 2 chairs, a talavera dining table for outdoor dining right next to the BBQ grills. This is truly the highlight of the home, where everyone naturally migrates. Serene and calming, you and your family will sit for hours listening to the pool water trickle down the rocks, watch the hundreds of hummingbirds come and go, listen to the birds singing and find your inner peace. This area brings family and friends together, to catch up on life and tell stories of their days.

The Pool and Hot tub area-The entire backyard and pool area is private and fully fenced in with large gates and 8 foot walls. Jump in the crystal clean pool for a good time, pool towels and pool floats provided! 4 large outdoor lounge chairs for sun tanning, 3 umbrellas can be opened poolside for shade if desired. A must to do-watch the birds during the day or stars at night from the backyard. The brand new hot tub is a perfect way to relax after a long day of hiking, exploring, biking or shopping! Pure paradise!

Hummingbirds are in abundance in the Phoenix area year-round! Catch them sitting on top of the trees in the back yard area, or in the front fountain drinking water. We are located in a low night light zone and the Arizona skies are amazing for star gazing. In March the aroma of the citrus tree flowers is intoxicating! Feel free to pick some fresh orange, lemons or grapefruits off the trees for breakfast. At night sit outside and listen to the coyotes howling, or you might even hear the wild Javalina grunting to each other. The Phoenix private Tuscany home will be your favorite vacation oasis!

Cleaning-Cleaning is the highest priority! Our housekeepers are commitment to superior cleanliness and your safety. We follow the health and safety guidelines that represent best practices used for cleaning in the lodging industry, in accordance with CDC guidelines.

PETS-Well behaved dogs allowed with pre-approval only. Pet fees charges apply for all pet guests at $25 per night per pet. Please indicate type of dog, age and size. No cats allowed. Please indicate you will be bringing pets. Pet charges will be added on after booking is made.

Home is located right near the heart of everything, but far enough away from all the action for a quite evening at home. A few miles west of I-17 for easy access. 30 minutes from Skye Harbor International Airport, minutes to golfing, shopping, waterparks and so many excellent restaurants.

Located 1 mile from Thunderbird Conservatory Park, great for hiking and biking, no entrance fee and parking is free. Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Water Park, located 2.2 miles, features large slides, lazy rivers, rides and lots of family fun. Golfing is in abundance in the area with the 500 Club Public Golf course located 1.5 miles. Midwest University is 3.3 miles and known for the excellent care it gives to animals and humans while training their college students to be Veterinarians and Doctors. Lake Pleasant Regional Park is 22 miles, another great place to hike, catch a burger, see some wild donkeys, rent a kayak or boat for the day, go swimming or just capture the moment at one of the most scenic water recreation spots in Arizona. See the desert in a UTV multi passenger desert four-wheeler/Razor for rent; you will get a chance to see desert plants and animals up-close, and besides its a blast tearing around out in the desert! Shopping is endless in the area, check out the Outlet Mall in Anthem, or just down the road the Shops at Norterra. Food-Phoenix is known for some of the best chefs and restaurants in the world! There is just so much to do in the area you do not have to go far to enjoy it all. Sports fans, MLB Spring Training at Surprise Stadium, 17 miles and State Farm Stadium home to major concerts and league sports games, spring training.
