We would like to welcome you to our newly renovated luxury 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom guesthouse in Midtown Phoenix! You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, off street parking and a beautiful fenced in private backyard (perfect for your pets!).
It is just minutes away from everything you may need including: Downtown Phoenix, Old Town Scottsdale, Sky Harbor Airport, and all major freeway.
You will be surrounded by several award-winning restaurants and eclectic bars.
The Space:
The guesthouse is an 800 square foot home with two bedrooms, one bathroom and laundry room.
We provide a 4k Roku TV in each room of the guesthouse. Guests will be able to log in and enjoy their own streaming services which will be automatically signed out when they check out.
You will have you own private fenced in backyard as well.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the guesthouse and a private fenced in backyard. There is also a portion of the backyard that can be shared with guests in the main house.

We are located in beautiful Phoenix, Arizona.
We are a 10 minute drive from Arcadia Lite. This area has tons of fun restaurants and bars. A few of our favorites include:

We are minutes from the 51 Freeway and the 202 Freeway.
QT is the closet gas station within walking distance of the home.
The closest grocery store is a 7 minute drive which is Frys grocery store off of Thomas Road.
There are also a Whole Foods and Trader Joes at 20th Street and Highland which is about a 6 minute drive.
Downtown Phoenix is also a hip and lively area with tons of shops, restaurants and bars as well. It is approximately a 15 minute drive from the home.
If you are here to visit the lovely Old Town Scottsdale you will be happy to know it is about a 20 minute drive from the home and a destination all in itself! It has a very large amount of things to do from amazing upscale shopping to dining to enjoying the pools and spas at some of the resorts.
