With plenty of nearby local shops and restaurants, and just a short drive to Old Town Pasadena or Downtown L.A it's a great springboard for all sorts of activities!
Built in an open-concept design, this magnificent home features a spacious living area combining the living room, the inglenook, and the dining room. With three sets of French doors and a large central window, this space is filled with natural light. It is furnished with two comfortable one-arm sofas, a coffee table, SMART TV, stylish dining table with seating for four people, massive built-in bookcase, a rattan table with two chairs, and a ceiling fan.
Englenook features a chef's kitchen, fully equipped with Viking appliances, including a 4-burner gas stovetop with dual-mode convection, standard oven, convection microwave, all the essential cookware, dual sinks, and extensive counter space.

The large master bedroom suite is outfitted with a queen-size bed, luxurious linens, a fireplace, television, sofa chair, ceiling fan, and a large wardrobe with plenty of storage. The classic wood panels windows, lining a full wall, provide abundant natural lighting. The bright master bathroom features a large soaking tub, shower with dual head, and a heated floor.
The second bedroom, located on the opposite side of the home, is also light-filled and furnished with a queen-sized bed, lush linens, and pillows.
The main and modern bathroom, featuring a stand-up shower, is adjacent to the second bedroom for your guests
convenience.
The sets of French doors in the living area all lead out to a private and fully-fenced backyard. Outfitted with a large deck, lounge seating, BBQ grill, and an outdoor dining table with seating for six, you will also find a sitting area with a fire pit to enjoy beautiful evenings under the stars. Basic spices (sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil) are provided for your cooking needs.
