3 miles from Disney World, make this spacious and beautifully remodeled 3 bed, 2 bath condo with lake views your home away from home! Stretch out and relax after a fun day in the parks, or spend time at Windsor Hills enjoying the pool, waterpark, and playground.
Windsor Hills: The Windsor Hills Waterpark is a short 1 minute walk (30 seconds for energetic kids!) out the back porch. Windsor Hills also has a castle playground, large heated pool, tennis courts (including pickleball!), movie theater and small convenience store and grill. Equipment can be rented at the welcome center for any of your desired activities.
The condo: Granite and solid surface counter tops, new appliances, and new furnishings will add to your hassle free vacation! Have your own room for the price of sharing an entire hotel suite with your family, and the washer/dryer in the unit makes it easy to pack a little less, saving more room for droids and lightsabers! Comfortably sleeps up to 7.

All dishes, cooking utensils, and coffee maker are included in the unit, as well as pool towels (for Windsor Hills Resort use only) and bathroom towels.
This is a self-catering unit, although a small starter pack of dish soap, sponge, toilet paper, and shampoo/conditioner are included to get you off to a good start!
Our condo is managed professionally by M&M management, and they will be readily available to assist you with any needs during your stay. The condo is professionally cleaned before each visit, with updated covid sanitizing measures. There is no additional daily cleaning scheduled, but may be requested if needed through Prestige for an additional fee. (*Please note: this condo has a ring doorbell with a camera on the front door).
Free. wifi and free parking for up to 3 cars. Self-keypad check-in at or after 4:00 p.m. on day of arrival, and check-out is by 10:00 a.m. on day of departure.
