Inside, you’ll find a cozy and well-lit living room featuring a large horseshoe sectional sofa, a ceiling fan, simple decor, and a 58-inch smart TV—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Colorado Springs. Adjacent to the living area is a dining table that comfortably seats six, ideal for shared meals and conversations.
The fully equipped compact kitchen balances a modern yet classic feel, with essential appliances including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, plus everything you need to cook at home. Each of the three bedrooms is thoughtfully arranged with queen beds and nightstands. The first bedroom, located at the front of the house, offers a simple, modern design with a window AC unit and plenty of natural light through two windows. The second bedroom sits on the east side of the house, while the third bedroom, located at the back, mirrors the cozy charm of the first.
The full bathroom is clean and stocked with all essentials—fresh towels, soaps, and a relaxing atmosphere. Guests also have access to an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience. AGE REQUIREMENT: The main guest must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.

Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.
Dog Policy:
-This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!
* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals. There are no charges for service animals.
Type of Cooling for the Home
Window AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.
