Steeped in history, the original part of the cottage dates back to 1820, and retains many lovely original features, including exposed beams, flagstone floors, exposed stone walls and character cottage windows and doors. Much detail in the cottage reflects the neighbouring church’s architecture.
After a day on the beach, relax in the cooling cottage lounge, sinking into the comfortable leather sofas, chatting and laughing together, planning the excursions for the next day. Flooded with sunlight, through the lofty sunlights and traditional cottage windows, the well-equipped, Canadian redwood, bespoke kitchen, is a perfect place for family and friends to get together around the large pine kitchen table.

The enchanting beautifully landscaped rear garden has raised terraces, old stone walls and babbling water feature surrounded by mature trees, with lawned area, the perfect spot for al fresco dining and being enclosed, ideal for the children to play. The pretty hamlet of St. Nicholas and the surrounding area offers peace and tranquillity, perfect for keen walkers, with flower banked lanes and National Park woodland to wander, the dramatic coastline of the Pembrokeshire Coast is not far away, where the world-renowned Coastal Path may be accessed.
Spring Cottage is just a short drive from a host of coastal villages with picturesque inlets and beaches including Abercastle, Porthgain, Abereiddy, as well as the coastal towns of Fishguard and the smallest city in UK, St. Davids.
