The apartment is a comfortable studio, located in Breganzona, a neighborhood on the north side of the city, with easy access to the highway exit and from which you can also move quietly by public transport to reach the city.
Ideal for both romantic stays and business trips.
Parking is free under the building.

The apartment is arranged like a quadruple Hotel Suite.

When the sofa bed is closed it turns into an L-shaped sofa, with the rotating TV in front of you, equipped with a Smart TV with free NETFLIX; you can also connect YouTube and other apps and you can see the normal national channels.
We've chosen this location for the couch area, so if you prefer to relax without technology, you can also read your book with a nice tea or a glass of wine and admire the window.
We are on the upper floor, but to access there are only three steps, this makes access also ideal for older people (but not in a wheelchair unfortunately).
• The DOUBLE bed is very comfortable, from 5-star hotels, and has very nice pillows in MemoryFoam and sheets that will make you sink into the most beautiful of restful nights.
• The KITCHEN is fully equipped, with plates, bowls and plates for four people, glasses, cups, cups, glasses and bowls.
