Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check-in. Check-in time is at 4P local time. Checkout time is at 11 AM local time. We want to provide a delightful experience to our incoming guests, so we need your help vacating your unit on time. Please be advised any unauthorized checkout past 11 AM will have an additional cost.
We offer several paid amenities as add-on services. After the reservation, these paid amenities can be ordered through the Marketplace tab in our Guidebook. We offer packages such as early check-in, late check-out, pack-n-play travel crib, air mattress, and birthday balloons.
Our Beach Essentials only include beach towels and beach chairs.
To make your stay even more enjoyable, we've included an Otium Starter Package in each of our properties. This package includes all the essentials you'll need to get you started and feel right at home. You'll find 2 large bath towels, 1 beach towel, 1 washcloth per guest, along with a hand towel per bathroom. We've also included mouthwash and toothpaste in each bathroom for your convenience. To keep you feeling fresh and clean, you'll find shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. For your snacking pleasure, we've included 2 snacks per guest, along with water and 1 paper towel. We've also got you covered with 2 toilet papers, dish soap, and hand soap. So sit back, relax, and enjoy all the amenities that come with your stay. If you need more amenities you may purchase our Otium Replenish Package, Towel Replenish Package, and Blanket Replenish Package via our Marketplace.
Please be respectful of the home, as we like to keep it in good condition. No parties or events are allowed. The house rules here are very important. Parties, loud music or noise, and smoking are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Please be respectful of your noise level during quiet hours. Our neighbors live here full-time, and we work hard to maintain good relationships with them. Our home is equipped with NoiseAware, which measures sound levels and alerts us if things are too loud so we can give you a heads-up. NoiseAware does not record content; it only measures noise levels, so your privacy is 100% guaranteed.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
-You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
-You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
-You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and the condition of the booking.
-You acknowledge that there is a non-refundable damage waiver fee of $25 to cover any potential incidentals during your stay.
-You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
Sensibo air units have been installed on the premises. Please refrain from disconnecting these devices, as they are specifically designed for remote control of the air conditioning and humidity management. The small white/black devices are strategically placed near the kitchen, bedrooms, and close to the mini-split A/C unit for optimal functionality.

Santurce is a vibrant area within walking distance of the Condado neighborhood and the beach. The community is a creative and musical space rich in culture and history. The neighborhood is filled with local restaurants, bars, and boutiques. You will find many murals around the area for outstanding social media pictures.
Access:
Guests will access the entire apartment and public shared areas within the building.
Upon arrival, guests will find the two apartments on the 2nd floor. Just so you know, there is no elevator, so be prepared for a few flights of stairs. If you're driving, street parking is available nearby. Look for designated spots or follow any local parking regulations.
The unit is secured with both a lockbox and a door code. Lockbox Code: Guests will receive the lockbox code in their reservation confirmation email. It's usually a combination of numbers. Locate the lockbox near the entrance. Open it using the provided code to access the keys.
The unit's door is equipped with a keyless entry system. Enter the door code provided in your reservation details. This code ensures added security. Once inside, you'll find a cozy and welcoming space awaiting you.
Explore the amenities, unwind, and soak up the San Juan vibes. Remember to lock the door behind you when you leave and return the keys to the lockbox.

Our apartment, conveniently located in the vibrant Santurce neighborhood, offers a unique advantage: it encourages guests to explore San Juan without the need for a car. While we don't provide parking, this encourages a more immersive experience. Our community is exceptionally walkable, and you'll find taxicabs, Uber, and electric scooters readily available. Plus, there are free street parking spots nearby for those who choose to drive. Embrace the freedom of discovering our beautiful city on foot or via convenient transportation options
