In the ground floor house there is a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious dining room, living room with TV and wood burning stove, a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for two people and a toilet. The second floor has three bedrooms with a total of six beds, a spacious bathroom with both bath and shower. There is also a sleeping loft with the possibility of an extra bed. The back of the plot is nestled in lush greenery, protected from view and with a wonderful panoramic view of the rolling plains. The house is located on a road that during the holidays can be quite busy, but it is separated by a protective hedge and gates. From your holiday home you have all of Österlen's destinations within easy reach. Right next door is a popular flower and interior design store. A short drive away is a well-visited bakery and café. To the Baltic Sea and the coast you have only a short drive, the closest is Mälarhusen's beach bath. Hagestad is located just west of Sandhammaren and borders the Sandhammaren nature reserve.
