Cozy cottage with lake plot and a fantastic view of "bottenviken". Equipped with most things for a good and pleasant stay as well as a guest cottage on the plot with a balcony. In one of the photos the house is red but has today been repainted white. The picture shows the nice beach location that the house has, it is very shallow and why not start the morning with a dip in the blue. The house has a bedroom with a double bed, living room with dining area and a small kitchen. In the kitchen there is a fridge and then you will find a freezer in the shed on the side of the house. Bathroom with shower cubicle and WC. In the heart of the house stands one wood stove if you want to make a fire for the cozy factor, there is a glazed conservatory with a view of the Gulf of Bothnia, a large terrace at the back with outdoor furniture for a good barbecue evening or just lazy days. The guest house is right next door with a bunk bed and sea view. Pets are welcome at this property, there are two bicycles for rent, contact the cottage owner if interested. In Råneå, both the sea and the woodland are close, Kängsö boat harbor and Råneå's beautiful church. The Råneälven is considered one of Sweden's best fishing waters for pike, trout, grayling, perch and crayfish. There are a large number of beautiful places to stop along the Råneälven, whether you come on foot, by car or by canoe. In Råneå there are lots of nice places to experience nature around the meadows, rivers or a trip in the forest to pick berries. Hike, cycle, swim, fish, photograph or just enjoy a moment in a beautiful place. Rånepoolen is a free swimming pool in central Råneå, here there is a 25 meter pool with associated slide and a small children's pool. Ice cream, sweets, drinks and sandwiches are sold in the service. Storforsen is one of Norrbotten's most visited nature reserves, experience the largest waterfall in the Nordics, approx. 2 hours by car, a fantastic day trip. Storforsen is a powerful experience of the forces of nature. You can come tickling close to the swirling bodies of water along paths and viewing ramps.
