A charming townhouse in Solhem, Spånga, with spacious social areas both indoors and outdoors, a lovely private garden, and a large patio with various seating areas. A home for those who want to combine a vibrant city life with swimming and beautiful, serene nature! A very pleasant townhouse on three levels. On the entrance level, you will find a living room with a smart TV, a generous dining area, and a very nice kitchen with access to the backyard. On the upper floor, you will find two peaceful and beautiful bedrooms, one with a double bed and a TV (Chromecast), and the other with a single bed. There is also a spacious bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub, perfect for a bit of extra luxury and relaxation! Another bathroom with a shower is located at the entrance on the ground floor. In the basement, there is a large living room with a comfortable sofa group and TV, a cozy bedroom with a double bed, and a very practical and large laundry room. From the kitchen, you can access a lovely patio and a beautiful, lush garden with different "rooms" to sit in. A cozy lounge area, a pergola with grapevines, and a covered dining area where you can enjoy pleasant dinners or perhaps a captivating book in the shade. There are several different swimming areas nearby, such as Kaananbadet in Bromma with a child-friendly sandy beach and mini-golf, or Nälstabadet with an outdoor pool.
