Situated in a select and quiet residential area of Moraira in an elevated position, with beautiful views over the valley and sea, Casa Julieta is set on a large plot with mature gardens & private pool which receives the sun all day.
Just 3 minutes drive from Moraira, where there are sandy beaches, shops, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants. The property is fully enclosed ensuring a safe environment for children, with a lockable separate pool area, and parking is behind locked gates. Fully air conditioned throughout, with satellite TV with all English channels, and excellent Wi-Fi.
The property will accommodate 10, split over two floors linked by an internal staircase, therefore making it ideal for families and friends sharing, but each having their own independent accommodation. Car Hire is recommended.

Résumé: We have just returned from Casa Julieta. A lovely villa overall for a family of 9 and Moraira is a beautiful place. However the villa does need some maintenance and updating. Pool is a lovely area for the family to relax and a decent size with plenty of loungers & seating for all of us. Only one umbrella though as the other was broken and bolt came out of pool steps. Upstairs appears to have been modernised with nice furniture and modern shower. Kitchen with small dishwasher and washing machine was useful. The internal stairs between the two floors has a type of stable door but was a bit dangerous as we had children including a crawling baby and was worried they may go through the gap at the bottom and fall down the stairs. Downstairs the living room and 2 bedrooms were more dated. The front fell off 2 sets of drawers in both bedrooms and both the downstairs showers run between boiling and freezing within minutes. The cookers both upstairs and downstairs only have one shelf each and there were no cooking trays, so we had to improvise with what was available. We did have a few issues, two air con units upstairs didn't work and were leaking water and we had a problem with the smell of sewerage and water coming back up through the shower drains and toilet, it turned out to be septic tank needed emptying. In fairness both were fixed the next day as soon as I phoned them. Overall we had a great time and with a bit of maintenance and tlc, this villa could be really lovely
