5 bedroom villa engulfed by peaks and beaches in a non spoiled part of Thailand | Villa dans Sam Roi Yot

‘Sam Roi Yot’ is Thai for three hundred peaks and Peaks & Beaches is surrounded by these majestic peaks. You might not be able to see and count all 300, but the view of the peaks from our veranda and roof top terrace is stunning.
Our villa ‘Peaks & Beaches’ is situated between the peaks of Khao Sam Roi Yot National park and a pristine stretch of beach called ‘Secret Beach (and it is a true secret, you will never find more than 10 people on that beach). From the house it is a 30 minute beautiful walk (or 5 minute drive) to this beach, crossing a small wetland while you feel surrounded by hills, birds and cows. Only the wetland separate the house from the beach. This part of Thailand, just south of Hua Hin still has that magical authentic feeling and is not spoiled with tourists and their need for entertainment
Building ‘Peaks & Beaches’ was fulfilling a long time dream and we hope you will enjoy all it has to offer and treat it as if it is your own.
The house:
The main house (400 sq m) has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a separate (3rd) toilet. The master bedroom has an open-air double shower. The guest house (70 sq m) has 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom. All rooms have airconditioning and bathrooms with hot water. It easily sleeps 10 people and has a well-equipped open kitchen (with oven, electric cooking, espresso machine, microwave, and fridge). There is an outside covered kitchen space with a (gas) BBQ. A washing machine is available for use as well. Inside there is 80 sqm living/dining room and a giant (120 sq m) covered terrace with dining, sunbeds, a large sofa and a swimming pool (8x4 and 1.5 meter deep, not fenced and therefore maybe less suitable for small children who cannot swim). With an outside staircase you can get to a large rooftop terrace that will give you stunning views of sunrise, sunset and starry nights.
There is also a very big (grass) garden, several games, balls, cards and even ….monopoly (but also cards against humanity). The house has a Smart TV and there is internet connection.
The surroundings:
The house is at the edge of a small farmers’ village of, including also a few Farang houses. From the house you can make easy morning or evening walks to the beach, through the village or along the mountains. The village of Sam Roi Yot can be reached by car or bike and you can enjoy the beachlife, few restaurants and bars along the boulevard. The village also has fresh food markets, a 7-Eleven and a few other shops. For bigger shopping you need to drive to Pranburi for Tesco (30 km).
There are 2 good adult bicycles available at the house (at cost) and 1 children’s bike and we have 1 motorbike (and it is possible to rent motorbikes in the village). The area is well suited for cycling and you can make beautiful bike rides, as short or long as you like (detailed bike routes available).
There are many things to do in the surroundings and we can arrange all of them for you if you like. The house is cleaned after you leave (included in the price) but this can be done more often if you like (500 baht and 200 baht per set of sheets and towels. We can also include a cook (who can shop for you) who makes delicious Thai food but you can of course also eat in one of the many restaurants on Dolphin Bay Boulevard.
There are many things to do in and around Sam Roi Yot that 1-2 weeks may not be enough. Keep in mind that you always can come back. Its only 3 hours drive from Bangkok. In the direct surroundings of the house you can:
 Visit Phraya Nakhon Cave or Sai or Kaeo Cave
 Walk to Secret Beach or bike to Dolphin bay
 Make short or long evening or morning walks
 Cycle 5-10-20 or 40 Km
 Have the most fantastic sea food at Jimmy Deng
 Eat at Khun Angels kitchen or one of the other restaurants at Dolphin bay
 Make a 2-3 hour boat trip
 Go sea fishing
 See temples (we are in Thailand)
If you drive between 15-60 minutes you can:
 Go Kite surfing at Pranburi beach (20 Minutes)
 Climb on of Sam Roi Yot’s national park peaks (15 Minutes)
 Visit the wetlands and walk on the canopy or make a boat trip (45 Minutes)
 See wild elephants at Kui Buri (50 minutes)
 Visit Hua Hin (45 minutes)
 Visit Prachuap Kiri Khan (35 Minutes)
If you drive a little longer 1 hour -1 hour 30 miuntes
 Monsoon Valley Winery (90 Minutes)
 Black Mountain Golf Course (45 Minutes)
 Pa La U waterfall (90 minutes and can be combined with the winery)
 Kaeng Krachan National Park (90 minutes)
 Nam Tok Huai yang national park (75 minutes)
 Singkhon pass furniture market (75 minutes)
But you can also just relax at the swimming pool on our 120 sq meter covered terrace or (in the evening) on our roof terrace seeing the sun go down and the moon come up over the peaks.
Shopping:
 7/11 is only 5 minutes away as well as Malee supermarket
 Opposite 7/11 is a grocery store with beer/soda and a lot of other things
 Water gallons, Soi 27/Main street
 TESCO Pranburi junction (25 Minutes)
 Villa market/Tesco and many other shops in Hua Hin
 Sam Roi Yot National Park
