Beautifully located holiday home with lake Dovern at the junction with a large terrace and private jetty. The house has a wonderfully secluded location and an adorable view in all directions. At the jetty there is a boat that can be rented from the owner and a smaller beach for those who wish. The house includes a large natural plot and several places for socializing. The guest house is next to the main house and has a small terrace with a roof and the same beautiful view of the lake. A very quiet, private and fenced location which is good if you have pets. The house consists of a family room with a small kitchen where there is a dining table, a sofa bed (140cm) and a TV with a few channels, there is an adapter for the TV for an iPhone. There is a bedroom with a double bed 180 cm. No running water in the house, but the owner fills up with water so there is water throughout your stay. The kitchen has all the facilities needed for cooking etc. At the back there is a well-arranged washing station and a water heater, next to it is a shower cubicle protected from view. In the guest house there is a bunk bed 120 cm and an overhead bed 90 cm, WC also has a detached house with tiled bathroom and incineration toilet that the owner takes care of after your departure. Other instructions can be found in the guest folder. Lake Dovern flows into Lake Glan, which are fish-rich lakes with perch, pike, zander, whitefish and eel. If you want to try your luck at fishing, you can go down right below the house and fish, fishing license and info at the petrol stations in Finspång or download the app Ifiske. Take a walk to MO farm, a commercial garden that also sells products from creative activities in the shop. During the summer, Hejtorp gårdsmejeri has lunch and coffee with focus on locally grown produce. In the store, the cheese counter is always well stocked with their cheeses and on the shelves you will find other local food crafts such as marmalades, oil, ice cream, cheesecake and goat meat. For some food or shopping, it is 10 kilometers to Finspång, where you can find everything you need, or if you want to go on other adventures and discover the big city of Norrköping, it takes about 35 minutes by car. Art and culture are a big part of Norrköping. In the heart of Norrköping lies Knäpingsborg with ancient buildings and its cozy restaurants, bars, cafes and lots of shopping. There are many old industrial buildings that have been preserved and the stream that flows through the city. Worth a visit is the picturesque town of Söderköping with all its charm and the Göta canal passes through the town with its beautiful passenger boats. 50 kilometers from the house is Kolmården, the Nordic region's largest zoo, safari park and rides. If you want to go on a longer day trip, it's about a two-hour drive to Astrid Lindgren's world in Vimmerby, then you also pass the city of Linköping with all its offerings. Feel free to visit Gamla Linköping, which is one of Östergötland's biggest tourist destinations, here history comes alive and you can experience the city, countryside and forest as they were a hundred years ago.
