The family-run apartment building also has a little wellness area with a sauna, infrared cabin, bio sauna, solarium (payable), whirlpool and fitness equipment. Here you can find not only sports activities, but also leisure and relaxation.
Each apartment has a south-facing balcony or terrace for relaxing outdoors. There is a shared garden with a lawn facing south, planted with various bushes to the north.
