With our open floorplan, you and your guest can sit around and enjoy the view without worrying about clutter and space. And since our deck and windows face the East side of the Joshua tree city, you will be able to enjoy the beautiful sunrise with a nice cup of coffee. Outdoor seating area perfect for stargazing at night.

Guest Access
You will be renting out the whole property. All garages will be locked, but the main house and outdoor sitting area are free for you and your guests to enjoy.
EVENTS – Due to regulations and permits, we are only permitted to have the number of guests booked in their reservations on our property. Parties and weddings will not be allowed and will be asked to leave if not followed. Feel free to inquire if you have any questions.
FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY – Please contact us directly to discuss the terms and conditions as well as additional fees, this is not a booking done through Airbnb. We will not tolerate any unpermitted filming and photography and will be subjected to a fine.

PETS – will not be permitted at the moment and will be subjected to a fine if caught.
CELL SERVICE – Cell phone service availability in the highlands will vary by service provider. All information to get to the house will be provided beforehand, but be prepared by enabling wifi calling or downloading a VOIP program.
ROAD CONDITIONS – The road to get to the property is unpaved. Although a four-wheel drive is not necessary, please use caution when driving.
