Further inland into south Somerset, you can spend days out taking in the ever-popular Clarks Factory Village, Glastonbury and on to Cheddar Gorge and Caves. Wander into the quaint town of Shaftesbury with its famous Gold Hill, Sherborne with its wonderful shops and abbeys, or go south towards Dorchester the county town, Weymouth with its award-winning beach and seaside atmosphere and the famous Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site.
