In this beautiful architect-designed house you are one with the water, the house is located on the mountain with a panoramic view and its own jetty with bathing ladder. The large living room has sliding doors to the balcony, just grab a cup of coffee and sit outside to have breakfast with a magical view in front of you. The kitchen and living room have an open plan, only separated by a high bar counter, the great room is made for pleasant socializing for many. There is a large dining table along the glass wall if you want to eat inside, but out on the balcony there are also tables, chairs and a hammock. The owners are interested in art, there is a lot of exciting things to look at and enjoy here. Two of the three bedrooms with double beds have a magical lake view when you wake up, the third has windows to the gable. Two bedrooms are upstairs and one on the ground floor. There are two large fully tiled bathrooms, the one on the upper floor has a shower and bath, the one on the ground floor has a shower and sauna. Upstairs there is a terrace with outdoor furniture overlooking the water. Two rowing boats are included in the rent, one slightly larger and one smaller, great for a spontaneous rowing trip or catching a couple of fish to grill for dinner. A Canadian is also included in the rent. For those of you who enjoy hiking, there are plenty of nice hikes and forests in the area. Färentuna is part of the Eker Islands, there is a lot to discover and experience here. If you want to get to Stockholm, the bus goes 1 km from the house. You can also take the bus or car to Ekerö Centrum and take a boat into Stockholm, a beautiful archipelago tour. This house is for those of you who appreciate a beautiful, well-built house with all amenities and with its own plot of land.
