Welcome to the Flourish House!
This professionally designed and newly renovated historic three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is located in a cute and quiet neighborhood in Waco, TX. This area is the perfect central location to many of your favorite activities in the Heart of Texas! Whether you need the perfect place for that girl's trip, are taking the family on vacation, coming for our Baylor Bears, or are getting away for the weekend, you will find everything you need at The Flourish House!
This beautiful home is in a location that serves as a convenient hub for all the
things in Waco, while also offering a bit of peace and quiet. The Flourish House is located in an established neighborhood close to the downtown area. It is walkable to Cameron Park Zoo and Cameron Park with great trails for those who enjoy a walk or a run. A few blocks and you are in downtown, and close to all the shops, restaurants, and of course the Silos.
Flourish House comfortably sleeps 8 (Plus a few who are welcome to sleep on the comfy oversized couch!) The property is luxuriously appointed and enjoyable for family, friends and groups to stay. The home is laid out beautifully, so you won't feel crowded, or "on top" of each other. There are three bedrooms-the first has a king size bed, the second has a queen, and the third has a full bed. There are two twin pullout chairs, one located in the living room and the other in the dining room.
There are two fully remodeled, completely stocked bathrooms. One bathroom is in the hallway and includes a tub. The other is off the king bedroom. This bathroom has a phenomenal shower, and the touch lit mirrors are a great perk!
The kitchen has all new appliances and is well stocked with everything you need to make your meals at home if that's your vibe. The stove, and the oven are both gas fueled and are easy to use. For the coffee connoisseur, we have provided enough coffee, cream and sugar to get you started. We also have to-go cups if you need to take your drink with you.
Flourish House has Hi-Speed WiFi that is ideal for everyone, especially those who may need to work during their stay. You will also find a smart tv in the family room & master king bedroom.
We hope you enjoy the comfiest oversized couch while cozying up to watch a movie or play a game. When it's cold, enjoy the ambiance (and warmth) from the fireplace.
Children are more than welcome at Flourish House. We love families! However, please be aware that the home is not "child proof".
There is a full size washer and dryer available on site should you need it.
Unfortunately, we are not accepting pets at this time.
