The possibility of an evening swim from the jetty is available in the harbour, otherwise only 15 minutes of a walk away is Hälleviksbadet with its white sandy beach, pool area and several restaurants with shops that sell fish and shellfish. There is also a smaller full-service grocery store, a fishing museum and, for those interested in soccer, the opportunity to see Mjällby AIF play at their home arena Strandvallen. There are many cycle paths and hiking trails in Listerlandet. Along the coast, for example, the Listershuvud nature reserve spreads out very close by for fantastic views of the Baltic Sea.
