Our furnished and fully equipped house located in the beautiful district of Chalandri, offers about 78 m² of living space. Bright, open, classy and cozy it also boasts an inviting vibe without forgetting to be comfortable!
At the external entrance there is a small garden, common to the other two detached houses.
From the main entrance you enter a spacious living room, harmoniously decorated with marble floors, a cute WC with an opening window, a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary tableware and cooking utensils and high-quality appliances, a timeless design and shapely surfaces. The kitchen balcony door lead to a beautifully designed and spacious balcony, an ideal place for drinking your coffee or tea next to a blooming lemon tree. If you like playing music there is a piano in the living room!
In the second floor a bright and very spacious bedroom with two (1 m) beds (with the possibility of adding an extra bed-shown in the photos), a large wardrobe and a study area, offers a very comfortable stay. The living offer is rounded off by the high-quality equipped bathroom with selected tiles, shapely fittings and high quality bathtub for moments of relaxation.
In the entire house, the large balcony doors provide a bright and friendly ambience, which makes this house an oasis of harmony and tranquility!
The house has been furnished with a stove and oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Amenities include 2 A/C units (one on each floor), flat-screen TV security door and alarm, aluminum frames and double glazing to save energy; All necessary tableware and cooking utensils are available. We also offer pillows duvets pillow covers, duvet covers bedsheets and a set of towels for every new renter. Besides, toiletries are available for the first month to help you comfortably settle in. You even don't need to bring a toothbrush! Everything is already there.
If you like sports, you can also have a full body work out in a fully equipped gym (for free!)
