Welcome to the popular Slussen near Henån on Orust. Here you live in a nice house with a protected and leafy patio at the back. Large plot on a slope with lovely grass and berry bushes as well as growing boxes with small and good things depending on the season. The house has three floors with a separate laundry room in the basement with good space to hang laundry and swimwear. Entrance floor with entrance from the back of the house leads into a spacious hall. Directly to the right you enter a large and fresh kitchen with large windows. Here is an extended kitchen island for social cooking and in front of a large dining room table where the rest of the family easily participates in the topics of conversation in the kitchen. In the other part of the room there is a nice sofa bed and TV and also here windows with a view of the courtyard. From the hall you also get to one of the house's bathrooms which has a toilet, sink and shower. Upstairs you come to a small hall with an armchair where you can sit in peace and quiet with a cup of coffee and a book and enjoy the forest outside. Adjacent is another bathroom with toilet and sink. Upstairs are two bedrooms and one of them has a dubbelbed 160cm. In the second bedroom there is a popular wall bed 80cm with drapes and in the same room there is another single bed 80cm. The lock is a popular seaside resort and from the cottage you have only a few hundred meters down to the bathing area which is well visited in the summer and has both a trampoline and a jumping tower. At Slussens Pensionat, many famous artists play in the summer and here you can have a bite to eat and enjoy the summer evening. If you want to go out to sea, there are kayaks for rent here. In Slussen there is a kiosk with the essentials in the community, otherwise you have 8 km to all services and trade in Henån, which also arranges many events during the summer. Convenient driving distance to many fine archipelago communities in the immediate area. Feel free to visit the genuine islands Gullholmen or Käringön where you can enjoy the sea delicacies at the local restaurants. In the middle of Orust is the shopping paradise Göksäter where you can find everything between heaven and earth. At Orust there are opportunities for many activities for both large and small, such as kayaking, diving, fishing, golf or just enjoy a cooling swim in the sea. Nöjesstaden Göteborg 75 km.
