The house is located in the Val d' Orcia, in the countryside and enjoys a magnificent view of the surrounding valley and the town of Pienza. In a few minutes you can also reach the thermal waters of Bagno Vignoni and the 'Fosso Bianco' of Bagni San Filippo. The farmhouse is located in a hilly area, on the slopes of Monte Amiata, which makes it possible to reach its cool woods in a short time and visit the surrounding villages. Lake Bolsena is also easily accessible. The beautiful city of Siena is less than an hour away.
Casa Letizia (about 80 m.) is on a high floor and has two rooms: one with a double bed and another with two separate beds. The kitchen is furnished in 'old Tuscan' style so you can cook and eat at a small table. You can also dine on the larger table in the living room, where there are also sofas and a nice fireplace. One can stay and eat in the small loggia at the front of the house and enjoy the beautiful landscape, but also relax in the lawn at the back of the flat in the shade of the trees or sunbathe in complete privacy. On clear nights it is nice to look up at the star-studded sky and the milky way. In short, Casa Letizia allows us to enjoy the peace and silence of nature, but also to reach, in a few minutes, the historical and artistic centres of the Val d'Orcia and Monte Amiata and to dive into the warm thermal waters of Bagno Vignoni or Bagni San Filippo.
The house can be reached via a dirt road, with many cemented parts, about 500 m long. The property is private and has an extension of 10 hectares partly cultivated with olive trees. Parking is possible along the driveway.
