Welcome to villa "Les Petits Puits", nestled in the heart of Provence, near the picturesque village of Ampus with 6 acres of private grounds. This exclusive accommodation consists of a villa with a guest house, in each you will find a bedroom and a bathroom. Ideal when vacationing with friends or older children. Your family pet is also welcome.
You can park your car under a large tree and see the villa with the pool. Adjacent to the pool, there is a terrace with a sunshade and a dining table. In extension, there is a covered area with a second dining table. A few steps take you to the sun terrace by the pool, where sunbeds and an umbrella await you. The view is stunning. A bit lower, there is another terrace, and slightly higher than the pool, yet another terrace. You can literally walk or mountain bike on your own property. At the same time, this villa is the perfect base to explore Provence, with the most beautiful villages just a stone's throw away. Golf enthusiasts will find several courses in the area, and if you want a day at the beach, Sainte-Maxime is 50km away.
Inside, you will find a living room with a comfortable seating area and a flat-screen smart TV. There is a dining table in the area between the living room and the kitchen. The kitchen is cozy and Provençal. In the utility room, there is an extra refrigerator, and you will find the washing machine and the dryer here. Next to the living room is a separate space with a desk if you need to work.
