This low set home sits comfortably on a spacious corner block with uninterrupted views of the Noosa National Park bushland.
‘The Palms’ offers two bedrooms (plus a third with a double bed by request only - see below), two bathrooms, study, fully equipped kitchen, laundry and powder room. Ducted aircon, ceiling fans and louvre windows keep the home cool from the Summer’s heat. Featuring 2.7m floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors the light-filled living and kitchen area seamlessly flow to the outdoor entertaining areas and the crystal blue water of the 11.5m solar heated lap pool.
On arrival, ‘The Palms’ welcomes you to a manicured lush tropical garden, breeze block feature wall, vine covered arbour and covered alfresco living area. The polished terrazzo concrete flooring ties this modern open plan home together. Sleek geometric lines, solid brick feature walls, a neutral/white colour palette with pops of jewel and pastel colours ignite the home. The original art works and occasional 1950’s furniture also adds to the style of the home.

The living/dining area comfortably accommodates for 4 – 6 persons. Offering a 75” TV and plush modular lounge with recliner. A 1950’s inspired round dining table invites intimate dinners and conversation. The kitchen is fully equipped with AEG appliances inc. steam oven, induction cooktop and dishwasher. The laundry and extra powder room are conveniently tucked away behind the kitchen.
Bathed in sunlight the long, breezy hallway adjoining the main living is home to a recessed day bed area perfect for reading or napping.
Directly off the hallway are two generously sized bedrooms, two unique bathrooms and a large study all of which feature large windows and screened sliding doors to private court yards. The master bedroom offers a King size bed, built in robes, adjoining ensuite with dual vanities and a rain style shower. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed, built in robes and the use of the main bathroom which features both a rain style shower and free-standing bath. Both bathrooms have floor to ceiling windows framing a dense tropical garden.
The study/office is bright and airy with a sliding door opening out to the courtyard. It has a second TV and comfortable seating. A perfect place to read a book or catch up on some necessary work.
The large opening sliding doors provide easy access to the outdoor areas. The garden is the backdrop to a manicured lawn area perfect for a game of croquet. The arbour is covered with grape vines and hanging baskets - a lovely spot to enjoy anytime especially for afternoon drinks watching the sunset beyond the Noosa National Park. The under covered alfresco/courtyard has relaxed seating and provides protection from the sun and rain.
The saltwater pool is a beautiful feature of this home. Easily accessed from the living area it provides a private and secluded area for swimming and sunbathing. Outdoor chairs to recline in, an umbrella for shade, complimentary pool towels and a hot/cold outdoor shower complete the package.

THE AREA:
‘The Palms’ is set in a small residential estate (Peregian Breeze) bordered by Lake Weyba and Noosa National Park only 15 minutes from the Sunshine Airport. Peregian Beach is popular for its village square home to boutique stores, a host of restaurants, cafes, takeaways and a supermarket set under cool shady trees. The foreshore’s grassy park is ideal for picnics and BBQ’s and also hosts a makers’ market on the 1st & 3rd Sunday morning of each month.
Travel 5km south to Coolum which is renowned for its large grassy beachfront park and playground, restaurants, takeaways, boutique shops, supermarket and professional services or 16km north to Noosa. Recognised as a UNESCO biosphere reserve, this chic coastal town home to iconic Hastings Street famous for its shopping and dining is surrounded by stunning beaches, lakes and rivers as well as the lush hinterland.
GUEST ACCESS:
In the true sense of the sharing economy, The Palms is being offered exclusively to guests for limited periods throughout the year whilst its owners travel. Currently accepting bookings December 2023 - January 2024.
Guests will have access to the entire home, pool and gardens throughout their stay. The garage will be locked and is not available for guest use.
IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:
- As the front yard is not fenced/secure and the home features original artwork, The Palms is best suited to adults or families with older/teenage children. We do not accept bookings from guests with children under 13 years of age.
- We do not accept bookings for events including hens/bucks, weddings, birthday parties or other occasions such as schoolies
- No additional guests other than those included in the booking are permitted
- The home features 3 security cameras which monitor and record activity in the driveway and main entrances of the home in order to protect and secure the property and ensure guest safety
- In order to maintain respectful relationships with neighbours we ask that all guests move indoors after 9pm. Strictly no loud/offensive music or behaviour is permitted at any time
- Check in from 3pm
- Check out before 10am
- The home is wheelchair accessible
- Strictly no smoking is permitted within the home. Due to the home’s indoor/outdoor design smoking is permitted in the driveway of the home only
- The Palms is not pet friendly
- $500 refundable security deposit applies to all bookings
- To take your Palm Springs style experience to the next level we are happy to assist with booking a personal chef or in-house massage and day-spa treatments.
- This home is suitable for groups of up to 4 adults. We do not offer rollaway beds or blow up mattresses and do not accept groups larger than 4.
