The Neighborhood:
The neighbourhood is an exclusive and low density area on the outskirts of the city, just a stone's throw away from Parliament House. It resemble a tropical resort, with beautiful landscaping and serene ambiance surrounding the resort condominium.
Accessible via Jalan Duta, Jalan Semantan, and Jalan Tunku Putra it is within short driving distance to KLCC, Pusat Bandar Damansara, Mont Kiara, Titiwangsa & KL sentral where plenty of amenities can be found.
The other expat friendly neighbourhoods such as Kiara and Bangsar are 10 minutes' drive away (traffic permitting). Kenny Hills is close by where one of the best bakeries in KL is located: Kenny Hills Bakers.
There are tons of things to do in the city itself which are mostly a quick stroll away.

Getting Around:
Needless to say, being in the SERI DUTA area and surrounded by cabs, getting around is not going to be a problem at all.
(TIP: Hail a CAB or GRABCAR. It's well worth it. Traffic is REALLY bad in Kuala Lumpur, so avoid peak hour traffic if possible between the hours of 8am-10am and 4pm-9pm on weekdays).
