On the 18,000 sq.m. property you will find a beautiful garden with ancient olive, orange, mulberry, almond and tangerine trees. as well as cork oaks and pines. You will encounter ancient Greece in the form of archaeological walls and cisterns, which give the plot a very special atmosphere.
Few stairs up, passing the harmonious Mediterranean garden you will reach the heated Jacuzzi, with sun terrace and four exclusive teak recliners and outside shower. Here is also the main kitchen with a big seating area around a large marble table and BBQ area.
In front of the main house there is a garden with spectacular views inviting you to relax on the two additional sun loungers.The 70 sq.m. villa consists of a large living room, two bedrooms and bathroom. The living room can also be used as a bedroom and thus to accommodate another two people.So the the villa is suitable for 2-6 people.
The complex is full of little treasures such as the exclusive hand crafted furniture in traditional Greek style, the 150 year old, hand painted Greek floor tiles and the lovingly designed details.
Further the location is very special in all seasons. You are close to the city centre with all bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and at the same time you enjoy absolutely privacy and peaceful surrounding. Beaches & attractions are close by. Hiking routes are in front of the door.
