This beautiful Cabin is adults only, pets allowed (£10 per pet per booking) and is situated right on the edge of the 3 acre stunning lake boasting a private eco Finnish log burning hot tub (We will pre fill and heat your hot tub ready for your arrival, if you are wanting to keep the hot tub up to temperature for longer you can buy a log package for an extra £10. You can also purchase a log package to use the BBQ/Firepit). Sleeps 2 adults max with 1 double bed, 1 bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Kitchen with induction stove top, combi microwave/oven and fridge with freezer compartment. We provide luxury hotel bedding, towels and toilet roll. Washing up items, tea towels and bin bags. Parking is right next to your cabin (2 vehicles max). You can fish straight from your cabin on the hard standing or grass depending on what time of year it is. The lake consists of F1, mirror, common and ghost Carp, ide, bream, barbel, teanch, chubb, rudd, roach and perch. Free wifi and smart TV. Tea, coffee and sugar provided. Every cabin has their own fire-pit which can be used as a BBQ. Located only 3 miles from the sea. 8 miles from Boston town centre and only 12 miles from Skegness. No smoking/vaping inside the cabins please. If you are bring dogs, check out our 4 acre secure dog agility park! Just £9 for 50mins for 1 dog. Bookable on-site. You will not be disappointed! It is such a peaceful, safe haven, no dogs or kids running around, just simply chill out in the hot tub and soak up the surroundings, or have a go at pleasure fishing maybe. Please note, we do not provide fishing equipment, etc.
We have 3 different type of cabins, Dog/child friendly Twin, Dog/child friendly Double's and Hot tub double's which are adults only.
On your veranda/porch, there are 2 storage seats with a lid to keep all of your live bait/tackle etc as all bait is to be kept outside of the cabin.
There is plenty of room to fish with a pole or rod easily. Your swim is private for yourself. The lake has been professionally stocked with over 10,000 fish a mixture of F1 Common Ghost and Mirror carp, Bream, Chubb, Perch, Rudd, Roach, Barbel, Ide and Tench all brand new stock totally unfished. This lake isn’t for specimen carp anglers and our fish in 2024 will only go up to 10lb in weight. The lake is designed for people to fill their nets.There is parking for 2 vehicles at the side of your cabin.
Your cabin is totally open plan (apart from the bathroom obviously), with a full length and width window/door at the front of your cabin with spectacular views of the lake.
The kitchen will consist of induction hob, Combi Oven/Microwave, Kettle, toaster, under counter fridge with small freezer box, crockery, cutlery, pots/pans, cups, glasses, cooking utensils.
The cabin are 7m long x 4m wide and consist of a double bed, a large sofa bed which turns into a double bed(bring your own pillows,bedding and towels if using the sofa bed). We have twin cabins with 2 single beds and double cabins with hot tubs(fees apply). USB charging points, no wardrobe but a shelf with a hanger rail, a bathroom with toilet, walk-in shower, sink and heated towel rail, and finally a kitchen which has a dining table and chairs.
There is a smart tv and Free wifi.
We use a professional linen company which is luxury hotel quality, and your bed's will consist of a mattress protector, pillow protectors for the 4 pillows, duvet and linen. You will also be provided with 2 hand towels, 2 bath towels, toilet roll, tea towel, bin bags, hand soap, washing up items such as sponge, fairy liquid and cleaning spray.
