THE APARTMENT, on the ground floor and completely renovated, is part of a complex created from an ancient mill (now destroyed) dating back to the early 19th century.
The building is located in a residential neighborhood, just outside the center.

THE ENTRANCE, independent and completely autonomous thanks to self check-in , is at the back of the building and will open onto a small and delightful private patio , perfect for a lunch in the sun or to enjoy the cool evening air.

From the patio, through a French window, you enter the DINING AREA, with a table and fully equipped kitchen to enjoy a nice meal at home: pots, crockery, all the main kitchen utensils, kettle with tea and herbal teas, Nespresso coffee machine with pods , microwave and dishwasher.
