These cameras actively record video and audio when motion is detected and will be turned on during your stay
- NOTE: Each reservation is provided one starter package of 1 roll of paper towels, five garbage bags, one new dish sponge, and three laundry and dishwasher pods for most stays. A limited supply of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are stocked in each bathroom. Each bathroom includes one toilet paper roll on the roller and under the sink

HOA Rules:
- The maximum number of day guests allowed at any one time, in addition to overnight occupants, shall be 75% for the maximum overnight occupancy of the short-term rental
- Outdoor parking for overnight and day guests shall be limited to available parking areas on the rental property. In no event shall parking for short-term rental guests include spaces in any public street right-of-way or on any lawns or vegetated areas
- Neither short-term rental occupants nor guests shall engage in disorderly conduct or disturb the peace and quiet of any nearby neighborhood or person by loud, unusual or excessive noise, by tumultuous or offensive conduct, public indecency, threatening, traducing, quarreling, challenging to fight, or fighting, or creating a dangerous or physically offensive condition
- No guest will NOT create unreasonable noise or disturbances, engage in disorderly conduct, or otherwise violate provisions of the Township Code or any state law pertaining to noise or disorderly conduct
- Overnight occupancy of recreational vehicles, camper trailers, and tents at the property where the short-term rental is located show NOT be allowed
- Outdoor overnight sleeping of occupants or guests of the short-term rental is prohibited. Recreational vehicles, campers, and/or tents will not be utilized as a short-term rentals under any circumstances
- No fireworks may be ignited at the premises
- No hunting is permitted
- No manually operated centerfire and rimfire rifles, handguns, or shotguns can be discharged in the Community
- Maximum speed within the community is 25 mph. Guests will observe this speed at all times while driving through the community
- All open fires will be extinguished by midnight
- Quiet Times are 10 PM to 8 AM
- Registration of all guests and vehicles is required
