If you like a cozy hut character and still don't want to do without comfort, the ZUCKERL is the place for you. In this individual wooden semi-detached house with a light-flooded living area, up to 6 people on a total of 130m² have enough space: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 guest toilet and a "headlock" (small infrared cabin).
On the ground floor are the spacious living area, which invites you to relax with a tiled stove, and the open kitchen with beautiful dishes and very solid equipment. There is also a bathroom with a tub. On the panoramic balcony you can let the sweeping view of the valley wander and enjoy the surrounding nature, in complete tranquility and far from any traffic. Perhaps you would also like to look for shooting stars in the sparkling starry sky in the evening (if you want with the in-house telescope).
On the ground floor are 2 of the 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed (comfort mattresses) and a tiled stove, as well as a seat for listening to music or watching a film. The 2nd Bedroom has 2 single beds. On the ground floor there is also a shower bath as well as the infrared cabin, washing machine and dryer. From here you have direct access to your own outdoor area, which invites you to linger with a large wooden terrace and a garden. The chief griller can prove himself here at the barbecue!
On the upper floor there is another spacious bedroom and a separate toilet. You can also withdraw here during the day with a thriller from the in-house `library`.
In the ZUCKERL you will find a place of rest in the midst of alpine meadows and pine forests with clear air and lots of sun in every season. In addition to the views, mushrooms and parasols, which you can find all around in the mountains, attract visitors.
Here on the southern slope of the Mirnock you have a wonderful view of the Alpine panorama and can be completely with yourself in the protected outdoor area. Take a seat on the large, well-furnished wooden terrace and enjoy the sunset. Maybe a deer from the alpine meadow greets you. For the cooks: peppermint, sage, thyme, lavender in the herb garden can be picked! Vacation for all the senses!
The house is supplied with drinking water quality from a source. The vehicle is parked dry in the covered carport, where you can also store skis etc.
The neighboring house can also be rented (property no. 2562125). Both houses are completely separate units, even in the outside area you have your own area that is not visible to the neighbor.

The way up is completely cleared and can be easily driven with winter equipment, only the last 80 m are private and must be cleared on your own. As a rule, this has already happened. In the case of very heavy snowfall, however, you may have to clear the way. Shortly before your trip to the Almhaus, you will receive information about the snow situation on site.
Leisure opportunities (see photos)
The Nockberge Mountains in the Carinthian Alps are characterized by a hilly mountain landscape. Behind the house rises the mystical Mirnock, which is said to be provided with many strength points. Hiking trails start at the front door and lead u. a. to the Gingerhütte, which is open in summer. Or you make yourself comfortable and drive z. B. on the Lammersdorfer Almstraße up to the Alm, from where you have a wonderful view of the valley. If you would like to move moderately, the biking and hiking route around Lake Milstättersee is just right (bike rental at the entrance to Döbriach). Those who want to reach the top will get their money's worth in the climbing area on the Dobratsch in the alpine atmosphere.

Numerous bathing opportunities can be found in the surrounding lakes, especially the nearby Millstättersee, which can be reached in 15 minutes. There are 5 beach baths in Döbriach alone.
