Welcome to Beach Pines Cottage, a charming, four-bedroom home that provides the perfect family getaway. Located in Union Pier’s private Lakeshore Cottages neighborhood, Beach Pines Cottage is just three homes away from the association pool and half a mile from Town Line Beach. You'll also be within walking distance of eateries that include Izzy’s Bean and Gelato, Black Currant Bakery, and Nani’s Cafe & Beach Shop in Union Pier's cute little downtown area.
Step inside and you'll find a bright and cozy living area with a fireplace and a TV. An open kitchen and a generous dining room provide ample space for sharing delicious food and drinks with friends or family. The main floor also houses a king bedroom with a full en suite bathroom. A three-season room provides a gathering space close to the outdoors; it's great for alfresco meals, as is the screened porch.
At the top of the stairs is a small sitting space overlooking the living area. There are two bedrooms on the upper level: a queen bedroom and a second bedroom featuring a bunk bed with a trundle and an additional full bed. This room sleeps five people and is perfect for adults and kids alike. These bedrooms share a full hallway bathroom with a tub. Speaking of kids, Beach Pines Cottage comes with a Pack 'N Play and a high chair with a booster seat, so feel free to streamline your gear for this trip! The lower level has the fourth bedroom, which boasts a queen bed and a private bathroom with a shower. There is also a large and open entertainment room that's perfect for catching a game or a movie. Challenge a friend to a game of pool or convert the table into an air hockey game. A nice assortment of board games, appropriate for all ages, will let everyone play for bragging rights!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
