Angelos House Spa & Hammam is housed in an old Venetian building of 1800s with rich history, at the village Archontiki, in Rethymno prefecture. The house has been carefully restored with great attention and respect to its unique architecture.
Angelos House Spa & Hammam consists of three floors with outdoor and indoor spaces and all the contemporary comforts a guest needs for a revitalizing getaway.
The living room of the property is located on the ground floor and it is part of the open plan room that includes the dining area and the kitchen. The living room comes with two cozy sofas in lively colours and a flat screen TV with satellite reception and Netflix subscription. A gaming console PS3 with some games is also available. Furthermore for the winter time there is a cast iron fireplace in the living room area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and the appliances needed for cooking meals and enjoying a self catered vacation.
The house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people as it has three bedrooms. All the bedrooms are situated on the first floor, have air conditioning units and flat screen TVs. Two of them have king size beds and wood burning stoves while the third one feature a single bed. A folding bed can be added in the third bedroom if needed. For your outmost comfort all the beds have Coco Mat mattresses, upper mattresses and pillows. High quality bed linen, bath and beach towels and bathrobes are also provided.
Among the bedrooms on the first floor, there is a bathroom with cabin shower. In the bathroom you can find a selection of natural Archontiki bathroom products on several natural perfumes.
Spa
The Spa room is located on the ground floor and waits for you to enjoy an ultimate experience of relaxation and rejuvenation. The room features a spa whirlpool bath for 2 people with 20 jets, hydro- and air - massage operation and chromotherapy options, LED system, Radio and sound system. There is also a bathroom in the spa area with a Steam Shower available that has Hydro massage body jets, steam generator with time and temperature settings, overhead monsoon shower, handheld shower, overhead lightning/ chromatotherapy, Radio and seating.
Roof Garden
On the top floor of the property the roof garden offers panoramic views of the village and the surrounding area. The roof garden provides BBQ facilities and a seating area for six people under the shade of a pergola. Additionally sun beds are also available on the roof garden for your privates sunbathe.

Area Information
Archontiki is a small picturesque village just 20km away from Rethymno town towards Chania. The village is untouched by the mass tourism and remains a quiet retreat of relaxation.
The closest beach is the beach of Episkopi which is 5km away from the village, about 7 minutes by car. Episkopi is a long sandy beach with many beach bars, taverns and restaurants. It is a well organized area where you can find changing rooms and showers, sun beds and umbrellas but also free space to use your own equipment. At the eastern end of Episkopi beach you can find the beach of Petres which also has some restaurants, a diving school and small rocky coves ideal for fishing and snorkeling.
