An elegant 1-bedroom apartment offering breathtaking, 180 degree panoramic views of the city of Thessaloniki and Bay across to Mt Olympus, from its shaded, private terrace with garden. The tastefully furnished and decorated apartment is fully equipped to offer a most comfortable stay to a maximum of 4 guests. Its privileged position combines the traditional feel of the old city with easy access to the city centre (15-20mins walk).Our accommodation is just a 10-minute walk from the nearest bus stop. From there, you can take bus line 22, which goes directly to Aristotelous Square, the heart of Thessaloniki’s city center.
The space
The 70sqm apartment is part of an elegantly designed two storey building and features one bedroom. The apartment sleeps up to 4 guests and is located in a quiet residential street in Ano Poli, a charming traditional district part of the old town. Tastefully designed and decorated, the apartment oozes elegance and style. The apartment has its own private entrance.
The views over the city and the sea from the apartment’s shaded private leafy terrace are simply outstanding.
The apartment is an ideal choice for a small family wishing to explore the local history but still be close to the city centre, or a couple on a romantic getaway.
From the entrance, a polished indoor wooden staircase leads down to the main area of the apartment, which comprises of the bedroom, the open plan living/dining room with partially separated kitchen and the bathroom.
The stylish bedroom features a comfortable king size bed, a 47 inch smart TV and is air-conditioned. A single bed/sofa is also included in the bedroom to accommodate an extra guest.
The living room features a sofa which converts to another single bed. A dining table with chairs completes the setting.
Both the living room and bedroom have access to the terrace with garden area and amazing views. Guests can relax on the comfortable outdoor furniture and enjoy a morning coffee in the shade or dinner overlooking the city and sea.
The kitchen is fully equipped and features an electric oven with cooktop, refrigerator, a microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, kitchenware and crockery for easy preparation of meals.
The bathroom has a large bathtub and a washing machine for our guests’ convenience.
Free, unlimited WIFI internet is provided.
Pets can be accepted on request, smoking and parties are not allowed.

We stayed for a weekend and we enjoyed our stay very much. Like all previous guests, we enjoyed enormously the spectacular view from the terrace. The location is ideal for exploring Ano Poli but also very near the town centre. The apartment is very quiet and very well equipped, the building itself just great. We would definitely recommend it, we would very gladly go back again.

Great place, we loved the vintage but classy touch inside, lots of place to put your stuff, very clean, big... not to mention the terrace of course (just stunning like the pictures showed!)

The stay in the apartment was very nice. It has a cool style and the terrace is really fantastic. It is a perfect place to stay a few days in Thessaloniki. Just keep in mind that you have to walk uphill (really steep) to come back from the center. But you get view and a nice wind. We would warmly recommend this apartment.

The breathtaking view would be enough to choose this place, but actually there’s more as the apartment is charming and authentic, with a truly vintage touch. We were two with a child and spent a very nice time here, breakfasts in the terrace will be one of the things we’ll never forget about Thessaloniki!

The apartment is located in the old town (ano poli) which has a nice hip atmosphere. Easy check-in (meeting in persin) and check-out (self). The best feature in the apartment is the wonderful balcony overlooking the city towards the sea. A glass of ouzo in the susnset and your head is peacefully reset. Keep in mind that both the area and the apartment are accessible by stairs.

Amazing, amazing terrace! Everything was great, apartment is clean and have everything you need.
Location for us was the best, cuz you can feel the real atmosphere in the old part of the town.
Definitely recommend this apartment!
If we ever back to Thessalonika we would love to stay there again!

What a great apartment.
We loved it so much especially of course the terrace with that awesome view. Having breakfast there was unforgettable. Also the house itself was so special, the stairs inside and the nice interior, the floor, everything was so charming.
Of course not to mention the super nice location in Ano Poli.
We definitely want to come back soon again. Recommending this place to everyone!
Guest access
Parking in the neighbourhood and narrow streets around is free but challenging, especially after 6pm, when local residents return to their homes.
A free parking area can be found at 'Vasilis Tsitsanis' square (30 mins from the apartment) and on Eptapyrgiou street about 150-200m from the apartment, but spaces may be difficult to find.
It is advisable not to park directly outside homes entrances, or very close against house walls, as this may block access to those houses for their owners.
