The accommodation
Independent and air-conditioned accommodation with on the first floor a living space of 17m2, with its living room (sofa, coffee table, connected TV, free wifi) its very well equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hob, coffee machine percolator (ground coffee), toaster..., a beautiful bathroom with spacious and atypical walk-in shower, toilet, mosquito nets, fan.
This room on the first floor opens onto a private terrace with dining area and access to the garden.
Upstairs a comfortable bedroom under the roof with 160 cm bed, 14m2 air-conditioned, ATTENTION the ceiling height is 1m52 at the highest! but you will have the possibility if you wish to sleep on the first floor on a comfortable sofa bed equipped with 2 Simmons mattresses.
To facilitate your installation, basic products for cooking and hygiene are provided for the beginning of your stay. Carpets, dish towels, towels, sheets (one per stay) are also provided.
In short, a stress-free arrival...
you will have the possibility to use the washing machine, detergent provided (3€ the laundry).
All this on an enclosed plot of 2300m2, with swimming pool equipped with a bubble cover, open from May 1st to September 30th equipped with deckchairs and a beautiful lounge for aperitifs by the water!
Travelers' access
This accommodations are part of the main house but totally independent and very easy to access...
The house is occupied by the owner and her son (adult) who is not very present, there are also 2 dogs who will know how to be discreet and who follow the owner during her absences as well as 2 cats, for these reasons your animals will not be able to be welcomed except in exceptional cases (to be discussed with the owner)
For safety reasons (swimming pool/stairs) the accommodations are reserved for adults and not adapted for people with reduced mobility.
A minimum of three nights applies only until August 18th, after which it is possible to book by the night.

Cycling enthusiasts can join a beautiful greenway less than 3km away, which will lead you to the magnificent city of Albi with its cathedral listed as an UNESCO World Heritage Site, or on the opposite side to the pretty city of Castres and much more...
The small village of Lautrec Classified as "the most beautiful village in France" located 12km away will delight and refresh you with its aquatic area!
A large summer market very popular on Wednesday mornings, 5km away with its local producers....
But also Cordes sur ciel, the Sidobre, the black mountain and its hikes, the Bancalié lake, Hautpool, the Mazamet footbridge, Castelnau de Montmirail.... and so on!
